We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Teaching and Learning to join our Secondary Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in strengthening teaching practice and improving learning outcomes for our students.

This is an exciting chance for an educational leader who is deeply committed to student growth, teacher development and a culture of continuous improvement. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with Faculty Leaders, teachers, College Leadership,
students and families to ensure that high-quality teaching and learning remains at the heart of our College.

The Director of Teaching and Learning will provide strategic and instructional leadership across the Secondary grades, supporting the development of consistent, evidence informed teaching practices that engage and challenge students.

- Be able to articulate a general commitment to Catholic Education

- Have appropriate qualifications for the position

- Hold current WWVP employment registration
n
- Hold current registration to teach in Tasmania

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024.
