We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliableEmbroidery Machine Operatorto join our team based nearMoorabbin Airport.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established golf goods company that genuinelyvalues its people and creates a great team environment.

You don't necessarily need previous embroidery experience — if you have experience operating machinery, working with textiles, apparel, printing equipment or other production machinery, we'd love to hear from you.Training will be provided to the right person.

About the Role

Working as part of a friendly production team, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating commercial embroidery machinery
- Setting up and loading embroidery jobs
- Hoop and position garments and golf products
- Monitoring machines during production
- Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
- Changing threads and bobbins as required




- Troubleshooting basic machine issues
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Working to production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Packing finished goods

We're looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working with machinery
- Practical and hands-on
- Has good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Quality-focused and takes pride in their work
- A positive team player with a great attitude
- Comfortable working in a production setting

Previous experience with embroidery, industrial sewing, textile machinery, printing machinery, CNC or other computer-controlled equipment is highly regarded, but not essential.
