For some clients, finding the right word is a daily challenge. For others, swallowing safely is the goal. As a Speech Pathologist with GenPhysio, you'll help make it possible for our West Brisbane community.

You'll work across a diverse caseload spanning the full lifespan, backed by systems and support that helps you keep a balance caseload and work life balance.

Salary:$87,000 – $110,000 base (neg based on exp) + super + bonuses

Location:Mobile community caseload built around your home suburb —opportunities available across West Brisbane region.

About the Role

Whether your passion is paediatrics, adult neuro, dysphagia, AAC or a mixed caseload across the lifespan, we'll shape the role around your strengths. You'll be backed by our in-house Speech Supervision team, a connected MDT, and a client services team that supports you with your day to day client support needs.

What You'll Need

- Tertiary qualification with current (or eligible) SPA registration, plus solid clinical experience
- Passion for evidence-based, person-centred care across the lifespan
- Driver's licence, PI Insurance ($10m minimum), and relevant checks/screenings (or willing to obtain)
- A outstanding communicator who values teamwork and autonomy in equal measure
