We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in New Lambton Heights.

n

This is a full time position where you will be the face of our coffee offer delivering exceptional beverages and customer experiences to our regulars, locals and visitors.

n

As Head Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere whilst demonstrating your expertise in coffee preparation and customer service.

n

What you'll be doing

n

Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee, specialty beverages to the highest quality and consistency at all times.

n

Maintaining a clean and hygienic coffee station, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies

n

Building positive relationships with regular customers and providing consistent, friendly service to all clients

n





Adhering to food safety and health and hygiene standards in all aspects of beverage preparation and service

n

Contributing to a collaborative team environment and supporting colleagues during busy periods

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience working as a Barista or in a similar beverage service role - min 3 years

n

Strong knowledge of coffee types, preparation methods and profiles

n

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clientele

n

Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in beverage quality

n

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy

n

Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge, with willingness to maintain and improve standards

n

A friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for coffee and customer service
