Job Description

Pool Pro Logan is seeking experienced Pool Technicians to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Based in Shailer Park, QLD, this is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians to contribute to the maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools across the Logan region. As a Pool Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients' pools remain safe, clean and well-maintained, whilst building lasting relationships with our customer base.

Key responsibilities

n

Performing routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical testing and balancing

n

Inspecting and servicing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heating systems and chlorinators

n

Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool system faults and identifying appropriate repair solutions

n

Conducting repairs and replacements of pool components and equipment

n

Maintaining accurate service records and documentation for each client account

n

Installing Pool Equipment eg: Pumps, chlorinators and filters

n

Providing expert advice to clients on proper pool care, maintenance and safety practices

n

Responding promptly to customer service requests and emergency callouts

n

Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

n

What we are looking for

n

Proven experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar pool maintenance and servicing role

n

Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, water balance and treatment protocols

n

Proficiency in operating and maintaining pool equipment and filtration systems

n

Ability to diagnose equipment faults and carry out repairs effectively

n





Experience in pool equipment installations

n

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for travel between client locations

n

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly

n

Physical fitness to perform manual labour and work in outdoor environments

n

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards

n

Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude towards work
