I’m currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a growing insurance startup looking for a strong General Insurance Broker to join their team.

This is a great chance for an experienced broker who is looking to move beyond simply managing an existing book and instead play a key role in building and growing a business from the ground up.

About the opportunity

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing warm leads and converting opportunities into new business.
- Cross-selling and identifying additional insurance opportunities.
- Working across a broad range of general insurance products.
- Managing the full broking process, including quotes, reports, invoicing and client documentation.
- Building relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:





- Tier 1 General Insurance accreditation.
- Solid experience as a General Insurance Broker.
- Broad exposure across multiple insurance classes.
- Excellent communication and phone-based relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
