Responsibilities:

- Delivering change management and program outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Effectively engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments.
- Identifying and mitigating resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.
- Understanding and reporting on change impact as well as identifying overlapping areas and gaps, continuous improvement plans and strategies.

Skills required:

- Experience in managing programs and associated change within software development or IT projects, including planning, executing, and evaluating change management activities. Experience in designing and delivering training programs to support change initiatives.
- Familiarity with established change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci. Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills to effectively manage tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
