Noakes is on the lookout for a Marine Maintenance Coordinator to help keep our customers commercial fleet in shape. If you've spent time around workboats, commercial vessels or boatyards — and you know how to manage tasks— this job is for you.

What you'll be doing

- Carrying out Maintenance Scheduling and Planning of Vessel Engine Services and Routine Maintenance Dockings
- Setting up preventative maintenance requests, work orders, inspections and documentation of all maintenance history
- Coordinating jobs and scoping work on marine commercial vessels
- Coordinating maintenance work completed by technicians using established processes
- Updating the work order management system and completing closing reports

What you'll need

- Understanding of marine terminology, vessel systems, applicable regulations would be beneficial
- Solid organisational skills
- Confidence working across multiple jobs at once
- Ability to work autonomously
- Australian work rights are required for this position
- Police check will be requested for successful applicant
