About the Role

n

As an Educational Leader at The Grove Academy, you'll inspire and guide our educators in delivering high-quality education programs. You'll lead the implementation of our innovative Grove Theory curriculum, ensuring a dynamic and stimulating learning workplace for children.

n

Key responsibilities include

n

n
- Overseeing the implementation of our curriculum across the centre
n
- Mentoring and supporting educators to deliver outstanding practices
n
- Guiding the team in meeting and exceeding the EYLF and NQS standards
n
- Collaborating with educators to create meaningful and inspiring learning experiences
n
- Promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement
n
- Ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children is prioritised at all times
n
- Actively supervising children and maintaining awareness of risks in the environment
n
- Reporting any concerns or incidents in line with service policies and procedures
n

Skills & Experience

n

We're looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about early childhood education. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

n

n
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding educators
n
- A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and curriculum development
n
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for inspiring learning and innovation
n
- Strong understanding of child protection responsibilities and mandatory reporting
n
- Ability to identify and respond to risks to children's safety
n
- Completed the Foundations of Child Safety training (or willing to complete prior to commencement).
n

Successful applicants will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)

n
