As our Talent and Engagement Business Partner, you will: Partner with leaders to identify current and future workforce needs and support workforce planning activities.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across Council.
n
- Develop talent attraction, sourcing and employee value proposition initiatives that strengthen Council's employer brand.
n
- Facilitate succession planning and talent management programs to build organisational capability.
n
- Support onboarding, induction, probation, employment lifecycle and offboarding processes.

What you need

- We're seeking a proactive and cooperative HR professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and delivering innovative people solutions.
n
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or People and Culture roles.
n
- Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
