Due to strong growth, we are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage projects in Ballarat.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the construction process of quality homes across Ballarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage multiple home construction sites.
- Ensure homes are built to high-quality standards and company specifications.
- Daily record-keeping and reporting via online systems and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate trades, suppliers, and construction schedules.
- Ensure OH&S; policies and procedures are followed, maintaining a safe work setting.




- Handle the day-to-day construction process, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams, trades, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.

About You

- Experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction (preferred).
- Trade background with strong technical knowledge.
- Strong focus on quality control, process improvement, and performance management.
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to integrate with company systems and procedures.
