Club Lambton is seeking a Casual Chef De Partie to join our team!

Club Lambton is a community bowling Club in the Newcastle region that boasts 3 bowling greens, regular functions, events and live music acts.

When joining our kitchen, you are joining a stable and experienced kitchen team that works collaboratively and is passionate about delivering quality food and service.

About the role

Club Lambton is seeking a casual Chef De Partie to support us through the busy function season and beyond. With events happening most weekends, we are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our team with an immediate start available.

You will play an important role in preparing and delivering quality food across our regular service periods as well as platters, buffets and plated meals when needed for functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking for relaxed hours in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working in a small team and in varied kitchen sections.

The kitchen is closed on Mondays.

The right applicants





- Will have availability across a 6-day roster (closed Monday) including split shifts
- Will be able to commit to a casual or part-time workload between 15-30 hours per week (negotiable)
- Has demonstrated experience in a similar role or kitchen workplace
- Are physically fit and able to be on their feet for a long period of time
- Whilst not a requirement of the job, a valid driver's licence and reliable transport is highly desirable
