You will balance exceptional customer service with solid commercial outcomes, taking ownership of overdue member accounts and negotiating payment plans to get members back on track with their fitness journey.

Supporting clubs across our network, you will help reduce debt, maintain account accuracy and deliver positive outcomes for both members and the business.
