Olive Grove Medical Centre in Melbourne is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to join from day one. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily operations.

You will manage appointments and clinician diaries, answer phone and email enquiries, process patient payments and private billing, handle Medicare claims and EFTPOS transactions, and maintain accurate patient records while supporting doctors, nurses and the Practice Manager.
