We are seeking an experienced or management-ready Pharmacist to join our established team. Whether you are looking for a sea change for your family or seeking business mentorship to buy into your own store, we provide the platform, support, and pathway to help you succeed.

- No Late Nights (5:00 PM Finish): Standard weekday hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) with a roster built to ensure you are home for family dinners, school events, and your life outside work.
- Collaborative 3-Pharmacist Roster: Work alongside two other pharmacists and experienced technicians, ensuring you have time for meaningful patient counseling and expanded scope services without being tied to the bench.

Your Scope & Progression Opportunities

You will help lead dispensary practice and patient care alongside our experienced team. Depending on your goals, your role will expand across:

- Business Leadership & Equity Mentorship: Step into managing operations, team workflow, and strategic store growth.
- Expanded Clinical Scope & Services: Lead NSW pharmacist-led consultations, vaccinations, medication management, and the Aged Care On-site Pharmacist program.
- Healthcare Partnerships: Build trust-based relationships with local GPs, allied health professionals, and aged care providers across Port Stephens.
- Contemporary Pharmacy Technology: Leverage forward-looking healthcare technology for clinical documentation, patient follow-up, and service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Current unrestricted AHPRA Pharmacist Registration.
- Experience (or strong interest) in pharmacy management, team leadership, and service expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-first clinical approach.
- Driven by long-term professional growth, business mentorship, or future store ownership.
- Vaccination accreditation and additional clinical credentials are highly regarded.
