Property Leasing Consultant - Field Based

This is a road-based role, not a desk job. You'll drive across Melbourne every day

- typically 300-400km a week
- to run open homes, meet prospective renters, and represent our rental portfolio in person.

You won't be negotiating leases from behind a desk

- you're the person on the ground: opening homes, answering questions from prospective tenants, and feeding what you see and hear back to our Property Management team, who handle the paperwork.

This role is full time, working four weekdays plus Saturdays

- because the market doesn't always run Monday to Friday.

It's hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who wants to grow

- not just clock in.

Key responsibilities

Conducting open homes and private inspections across Melbourne

Meeting prospective tenants and answering their questions on site

Providing feedback to the Property Management team on applicants and prospective tenants

Reporting back on the condition of the property, flagging any issues you notice

Representing Motion Property professionally at every inspection

About you

Reliable car and valid driver's licence - you'll be driving 300-400km a week across Melbourne, most days





Comfortable being on the road all day rather than at a desk

Current Agent's Representative Certificate

Someone who thrives in a role that's mobile, varied, and people-focused

Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

Proactive mindset and a genuine desire to build a career in real estate

Australian citizenship is required for this position
