Job Description

Saltbush is seeking a First Nations male mentor to support the REAL Program in Tennant Creek. The role provides culturally safe, trauma-informed guidance to empower participants to pursue education, employment and community reconnection.

The position is part time (0.5 FTE), fixed term (1 April 2026 - 30 June 2030) in Tennant Creek with occasional travel to other Saltbush service locations. Remuneration is $80k–$85k pro rata + 12% super, salary packaging and 5 weeks annual leave.
