Working on behalf of a high-profile, global supplier (3M Pharmacy), this permanent part-time role gives you full ownership of the Greater Melbourne territory. Working autonomously while supported by a Sydney-based manager, you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and retail teams to drive product ranging, maximize visibility, and execute high-impact promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Build strong partnerships with pharmacy retailers across Greater Melbourne to drive product ranging, availability, and brand visibility for a world-renowned brand.

- Sales Growth: Identify and secure growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new pharmacy business.

- Field Execution: Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising,



and high-profile brand initiatives to premium company standards.

- Territory Management: Conduct regular, structured pharmacy visits across Melbourne and select regional areas, managing your schedule and CRM reporting autonomously.

What You Bring

- Pharmacy Experience (Essential): Proven sales or account management experience within the pharmacy sector is strictly required for this role.

- Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, manage retail relationships, and hit territory KPIs.

- Autonomy & Drive: Self-motivated, highly organized, and disciplined to run your territory independently while reporting remotely to your manager.

- Logistics: A current, valid Australian driver's licence and the willingness to undertake occasional regional travel.
