Swing Factory is a growing Australian-owned golf, hospitality and entertainment business, combining great food, golf, technology and entertainment.

The Role

n

We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team.

n

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation and production, maintaining food quality and presentation, and ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen operations.

n

This is a hands‐on role suited to a Chef who enjoys a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently great food.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare, cook and present food to menu and quality standards.
n
- Complete food preparation and mise en place for service.
n
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
n
- Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation.
n
- Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wastage.
n
- Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
n
- Work effectively with the Kitchen Manager and wider venue team.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Qualified Chef – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
n
- Experience in a fast‐paced or high‐volume environment.




n
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and protected food handling practices.
n
- Strong communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
n
- Reliable, positive and able to work under pressure.
n
- Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
n
- Living locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Terrey Hills is highly desirable.
n

- $72,000–$82,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
