Working directly with the Clinical Director and management team, you will become Casey Pet Emergency's trusted internal People & Culture partner. This newly created role brings specialist people expertise into the business while allowing the clinical team to keep their primary focus on providing excellent care to patients and clients.
Key responsibilities
Employee relations, workplace conflict and grievance management
Performance and conduct management
Workplace investigations and difficult conversations
Coaching and developing managers and team leaders
Supporting fair, consistent and appropriately documented HR processes
Coordinating and investigating significant client complaints
Identifying recurring people, communication and client-experience issues
Turning insights into practical improvements to systems, training and workplace culture
About you
5–10+ years of practical HR/People & Culture experience,
particularly in employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management and workplace investigations
Experience in leadership coaching and development highly regarded
Healthcare, skilled-services or complex client-service experience valuable
Excellent judgement, emotional intelligence and communication skills
Confidence to manage difficult situations objectively, respectfully challenge when required and provide practical advice
