The Filipino Community Council of Victoria (FCCVI) is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Commonwealth Home Support Program Lifestyle Coordinator to coordinate engaging social support programs and activities that promote independence, connection and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate client services, social programs, outings and activities, while supporting a team of social support assistants and volunteers.

About the role

- Coordinate individual client care plans and social support services

- Plan and deliver engaging group activities, outings and community programs

- Coordinate staff, volunteers and safe client transport

- Build robust relationships with clients, families, service providers and community partners

- Ensure services meet funding, quality,



safety and legislative requirements

- Help grow FCCVI's social support services and client outcomes

About you

You are a people-focused, organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys creating meaningful experiences for others. You will ideally have:

- Experience in aged care, community services or social support

- Experience coordinating programs, activities or events

- Strong communication, administration and organisational skills

- The ability to supervise and support staff and volunteers

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- A current Victorian driver's licence

- Certificate III or higher in Community Services, Aged Care or a related discipline is desirable

- An understanding of Filipino culture and the ability to speak Tagalog is essential
