North West Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Senior Social Worker to lead high‑level social work services in a complex clinical caseload across North West Queensland. You will assess needs, manage risk and develop patient‑focused interventions within a multidisciplinary team.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervision and contribute to ongoing Social Work practice development, while supporting colleagues in a rural and remote setting.
