About the Role

We are seeking professional, detail-driven Allocators to join our Operations team. This role is central to our day‑to‑day performance, coordinating contractors, managing job bookings, and keeping operations moving across multiple projects.

The Allocator is responsible for managing incoming job bookings from customers and project teams, allocating the right contractors and equipment, and maintaining accurate data within our OMS system.

This role requires someone who is organised, calm under pressure,



and able to make clear decisions in a fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Enter and manage job bookings in OMS (Operations Management System) with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales staff and project teams

- Allocate compliant contractors and equipment to scheduled jobs
- Build strong working relationships with contractors and support ongoing recruitment

- Set up new COD accounts, verify details and process pre-authorisations
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
- Identify unsupplied jobs and proactively work towards solutions
- Support Lantrak's Transport Manager with contractor performance monitoring
