Where You'll Make an Impact

Lead operations, staffing, and community engagement for a 5-room childcare centre. Drive educational programs, maintain compliance, and mentor a stable team.

Duties

n

n
- Lead staffing, recruitment, rostering, and professional development
n
- Drive high-quality educational programming and regulatory compliance
n
- Build occupancy through community outreach and local marketing
n
- Oversee budget, operational reporting, and quality improvement plans
n
- Mentor staff and support team hands-on when needed
n

n

Is This You?

n

n
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
n
- Valid Working with Children Check (NSW) - Don't have one, that's ok, we will pay for this for you as part of your package!
n
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
n
- Leadership experience as Centre Director or senior 2IC
n
- Robust communication, community engagement, and operational skills
n
