Program Manager - Technology Transformation

Sydney | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Up to $210K + Super | 3 Days Office

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a major financial services organisation and lead a significant technology transformation.

This is an opportunity for a strong technology-focused Senior Project Manager who understands how complex transformation programs come together across technology infrastructure/platforms.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for driving a complex technology transformation from planning through to delivery, working across multiple technology and business stakeholders.

You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a technical setting, partnering closely with engineering, architecture, product and business teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

What we’re looking for

- 10+ years' experience in Project Management
- Strong experience delivering technology transformation programs within financial services




- Experience working across technology infrastructure and application stacks
- Experience working with/across testing practices
- Strong understanding of APIs, data models and UI/customer-facing technology
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholders across technology and business teams
- Strong delivery, governance, risk and dependency management skills
- Exposure to testing practices and methodologies will be highly regarded
- Ability to operate comfortably across both technical detail and senior stakeholder management

The opportunity

- 12-month fixed-term contract
- Up to $210,000 + super
- Sydney-based
- 3 days per week in the office

This role is not open to day rate contractors, or candidates interstate/overseas.
