Lucky Star Tavern is looking for enthusiastic Assistant & Duty Managers to join its passionate team. Reporting to the Venue Manager, these positions offer the platform to showcase your skills and talent in our ever-changing industry and an opportunity to work as part of our growing team. This is a hands-on, not office-based position.

Key responsibilities

- Manage all shift operations
n
- Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Gaming, Liquor and Food Licences
n
- Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation and cleanliness
n
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction
n
- Oversee service daily, while ensuring all administrative duties are completed within given timeframes
n
- Drive promotional activities
n
- Ensure all WH&S; procedures are adhered to
n

About you

n

n
- Sound knowledge across all departments including Gaming, Bistro and Bar
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n




- Commitment and passion to the industry
n
- A cheerful, positive attitude towards your work, customers and team members
n
- Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
n
- Show willingness to use initiative
n
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
n
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or be ready to take the next step in your hospitality career
n
- Current Approved Managers, RMLV, RSA & RSG
n
