We have vacancies within a solid existing team for Despatch Operatives, whose goal is to assist in the efficient running of the Department. We are currently looking for operatives on a 06:00am – 14:30pm shift Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Stack, rotate and stock take in chill storage
n
- Select correct stock for assembling orders and transfer stock to despatch bay
n
- Process relevant documentation for each consignment
n
- Scan all crates on every pallet prior to despatch
n
- Check that correct number of crates on each pallet have been scanned and correct destination recorded
n
- Some associated duties in other departments when required
n




- Ensure cleanliness and promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards
n

Qualifications

n

The ideal candidate will:

n

n
- Be comfortable working in a physical and chilled environment
n
- Have a positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated outlook
n
- Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team
n
- A flexible approach being prepared to work extra hours to meet customer demand
n
- Ideally trained in Forklift (counterbalance), but training is provided
n
