The GEO Group Australia is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to lead training administration, coordination and evaluation across the Centre. You will ensure timely delivery of training by qualified trainers and support the RTO function to meet obligations.

You will work in a high-volume setting with strong organisational skills, providing leadership and process improvements while engaging with stakeholders to drive employee development and safety initiatives.
