We’re now looking for a Senior Assistant Store Manager who’s ready to level up, lead from the front, and help run one of our high-energy stores alongside the Store Manager

The Role

Help lead one of our most elevated and iconic stores in Hype DC and accelerate your Retail career with exposure to product, sales and leadership development opportunities!

As a Senior Assistant Store Manager you’ll help lead the team, drive results, work alongside the store manager and area manager and make sure every customer walks out hyped.

You’ll be hands‑on, people‑focused, and always pushing the store (and yourself) to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and motivating a high-energy retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
- Delivering next-level customer experiences
- Coaching and developing team members (you’ll help shape future leaders)
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Executing visual merchandising and keeping the store looking sharp
- Managing rosters, wages and daily operations
- Supporting online order fulfilment and omni-channel services
- Creating a safe, inclusive and fun space for both customers and crew

What We’re Looking For

- Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / Senior Supervisor level)
- Someone hungry to grow into a Store Manager role
- Solid people skills, you know how to hype a team and hold them accountable
- A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to hit targets
- Confident communicator with natural leadership energy
- Organised, proactive and ready to make things happen
