We are seeking an experienced IT Change & Configuration Manager to lead the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of Change Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) practices across our technology landscape. You will play a key role in enhancing service stability, reducing risk, enabling faster delivery, and improving decision-making by embedding best-practice ITIL processes and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Technical Review meetings, ensuring high-quality decision-making and effective stakeholder engagement
- Ensure all standard, normal, and emergency changes are assessed for risk, business impact, implementation readiness, scheduling conflicts, and rollback requirements prior to approval
- Establish and enforce configuration data standards, governance, and lifecycle management
- Drive uplift initiatives to improve CMDB maturity, automation, and data quality
- Lead continuous improvement of ITSM processes, with a focus on Change and Configuration Management maturity uplift
- Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, providing reporting and actionable insights to leadership




- Demonstrated experience in a Change and/or Configuration Management leadership role within complex IT environments
- Expert in ITIL practices - ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification
- Proven experience in managing and facilitating CAB forums, governance processes, CMDB platforms
- Solid operational acumen and understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, and service dependencies
- Experience working in high-availability and 24/7 operationally critical environments
- Ability to interact, communicate and present to senior executives
- Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills
