Following the award of a new production contract in the Leonora Goldfields, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities across our site-based mobile mining fleet.

n

The Opportunity

n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of maintenance across the project fleet, supporting high equipment availability, reliability and safe production.

n

You will lead a team of HD Fitters, Auto Electricians and Servicemen while coordinating planned maintenance, breakdown response, parts and technical support.

- Lead day-to-day maintenance activities across the mobile mining fleet.
n
- Coordinate planned servicing, breakdown response, diagnostics and defect rectification.
n
- Manage shift handovers and maintenance priorities to maximise equipment availability.
n
- Lead and support HD Fitters, Auto Electricians and Servicemen.
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager, maintenance administration/planning support and operations team.
n
- Coordinate parts, critical spares, tooling and maintenance resources.
n
- Liaise with equipment suppliers, specialist contractors and OEM support.
n




- Monitor equipment condition, recurring defects and component performance.
n
- Maintain accurate work orders, service records and downtime reporting.
n
- Drive strong safety standards and visible field leadership across the workshop and field maintenance team.

About You

n

n
- Australian-recognised Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter, Mobile Plant Mechanic or equivalent trade qualification.
n
- Previous maintenance supervisory experience in open-cut mining or heavy earthmoving.
n
- Strong knowledge of heavy mobile equipment and planned/breakdown maintenance.
n
- Experience across CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi or similar mining equipment.
n
- Experience with maintenance management systems, work orders and equipment history.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and practical problem-solving skills.
n
- Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
n
- WA Supervisor's Certificate of Competency highly desirable.

Roster & Site

n

2:1 FIFO roster from Perth Airport to the Leonora region.

n

Site accommodation includes private air-conditioned rooms, ensuite facilities, Wi-Fi and catering.
