Quick, accurate pick packers wanted – $35/hr, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Springvale
Marlow & Peach is a fast-growing Australian eco-cleaning brand. We make our own products and ship every order ourselves from our Springvale warehouse. We're looking for pick packers who take real pride in being fast, accurate and reliable.
The role
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders quickly and accurately
Accurately labelling shipments with shipping labels to be dispatched to couriers
Meeting daily pick-rate and accuracy KPIs
Keeping your station and the warehouse floor tidy and organised
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm shifts
$35 per hour, casual
Who we're looking for
Proven experience pick packing in a warehouse environment
Genuinely fast packers – you get satisfaction from clearing a queue of orders
Sharp attention to detail – the right product, the right quantity, the right box, every time
Reliable, punctual and able to keep pace for a full shift
Comfortable being measured against explicit KPIs

We run a high-performance warehouse and hold our team to transparent speed and accuracy standards. Every new starter is assessed against speed and accuracy standards from day one. If the pace or the accuracy isn't there, we won't be able to keep offering shifts – so please only apply if you're confident you can hit the mark. If you can keep up with our speed and accuracy standards, you'll be well rewarded with more shifts and responsibilities.
