About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive Workshop Administrator / Parts Coordinator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You'll be a key member of our team communicating with our driving team, mechanics and external providers with all facets of preventative maintenance and repair of heavy rigid vehicles including brakes, steering, suspension, hydraulics, and fabrication.

Pay

$40+ per hour + Super

Forklift Licence & Parts Experience

Hours

10am – 6pm

Days of Work

Monday to Friday | Full Time

What You’ll Do

- Assist with workshop administration on a day-to-day basis
- Data Entry
- Monitoring stock levels
- Stock / parts coordination




- Answering internal and external enquiries
- Liaising with mechanics and suppliers
- Support depot/workshop activities (no heavy lifting)
- Complete other tasks as required

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a similar role, in the heavy vehicle industry, is advantageous.
- Experience in transport & logistics industry (essential)
- Confident with heavy vehicle parts coordination
- Well-developed people skills with solid time management
- Ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence
- Motivated with initiative to solving problems
- Have high attention to detail and consistent delivery
- Able to learn new skills quickly and effectively.
- Able to drive a forklift (preferred, not essential)
