what you’ll do

Reporting to the Stakeholder Engagement Manger, you will work closely with the Centre Services team and a range of internal stakeholders.

The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist is responsible for coordinating projects and events,



developing high-quality communications and content, and supporting stakeholder engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration across the headspace network.

Working in this role, you will:

- Coordinate and support projects across the Stakeholder Engagement portfolio, including project planning, action tracking and delivery of key milestones.
- Support the planning and delivery of online and face-to-face events and engagement activities.
- Develop high-quality written materials including guidance documents, communications, training resources and project materials.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities with PHNs, Lead Agencies, headspace services and internal teams.
- Support consultation and feedback processes, synthesising insights into practical resources and project outputs.
- Assist with governance, review and approval processes for communications, resources and project deliverables.
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation and broader headspace network.

This role is offered part time, 0.6FTE until 30 June 2027.

what you’ll bring

As someone with experience supporting projects, stakeholder engagement initiatives and events, you will be highly organised, collaborative and an excellent communicator.

To be successful in this role, you will also bring:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, public health,



health promotion or related field.
- Strong written communication skills and demonstrated experience developing communications, policies, guidance documents, resources or similar materials.
- Experience planning and delivering events, workshops or stakeholder engagement activities.
- Highly developed verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to groups and facilitating discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Experience managing competing priorities and delivering work to deadlines.
- Solid organisational, project coordination and problem‑solving skills.
