Randstad Australia, in partnership with a premier civil contractor in Margate, seeks a dual-function Estimator/Project Manager to bridge tendering and in office delivery across Southern Tasmania. You will prepare accurate tenders for earthworks, concrete structures and drainage, then manage procurement, variations, client relations, and financial performance through to completion.

The role requires 5+ years in civil estimating and project management, with strong knowledge of construction
