Project: Commercial Infrastructure $60m

Salary: $180,000 to $220,000 plus Super

Randstad are partnering with their longstanding client and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Melbourne, best known for Commercial, Residential and Tower projects up to $200m. This builder is known for their cutting-edge approach and excellent workplace culture, and we're looking for an experienced Site Managers to help us deliver complex, high-quality projects.

You will be employed to initially manage a $60m Commercial Infrastructure project in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be supported by Site Manager & Supervisor, an experienced Project Manager and multiple Contract Administrators.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading all day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Driving the construction programme
- Managing inspections, defects and handover




- Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

- Trade Background
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects.
- A strong understanding of project management from inception to completion.
- The ability to lead a site team, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.
- Experience using Construction related softwares such as Hammertech, Aconex, Procore
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Union delegates
