Warranty & Customer Service Officer | Dandenong South

Are you an experienced customer service professional with a background in the plumbing, bathroom products or tapware industry?

Based in Dandenong South, this full-time office based position combines after-sales warranty support with general customer service responsibilities. Working within a small and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers, plumbers, builders and service agents while ensuring warranty claims are resolved efficiently and professionally

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate warranty claims from initiation through to resolution
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
- Liaise with plumbers, service agents and customers regarding warranty matters
- Troubleshoot product and installation-related issues
- Assess warranty claims and determine appropriate outcomes
- Coordinate replacement parts and warranty-related administration
- Process customer orders and perform basic order entry tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and warranty documentation
- Support the wider customer service team with day-to-day enquiries
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across all interactions

About You





- Minimum 2 years experience within the plumbing, bathroom products, tapware or related industry
- Strong understanding of plumbing installations and product applications
- Experience in customer service, warranty administration, technical support or after-sales service
- Confident communicating with homeowners, plumbers, builders and trade customers
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM, ticketing or customer service systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
