Key responsibilities

- You'll be the engineering authority across icare's technology function - the person delivery teams look to for technical direction, design decisions and the standard that positive looks like.

- You'll set the direction across platforms, applications and services, own the engineering standards and quality bar, and develop a team of tech leads and developers across multiple squads.
