The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at our Hemmant warehouse as Logistics Support Staff. This hands-on role is integral to the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and will suit someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include safe unloading, loading, movement, picking and packing of stock to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders. You will operate forklifts so a strong commitment to safety is essential at all times — for yourself, your colleagues, and company assets.

You will also assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse workplace, working closely with the wider team and reporting to the Warehouse Manager. As a 3PL provider stock integrity is crucial. Attention to detail, and prior inventory experience is expected.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Licences & Technical Requirements

- Current Forklift Licence, with demonstrated experience operating both counterbalance and high-reach forklifts
- Confident using basic computer systems for order processing and stock control
- Biosecurity knowledge and qualifications highly regarded
