Baiada Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at the Gilbert & Light Regional Council Farms. The role focuses on budgeting, planning and coordinating preventative and emergency maintenance across breeder farms, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
You will supervise site-based teams, drive continuous improvement, and uphold Baiada standards including ISO, HACCP and Valuable Manufacturing Policy while adhering to biosecurity requirements.
