Our client is a well-established and reputable Tier 2 builder with a strong track record of delivering quality Class 2 residential developments across Sydney.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a major $50M Class 2 residential development in Parramatta. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery and working closely with senior leadership within a well-established business.

The Role

n

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from construction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Leading the end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential development
n
- Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery
n
- Overseeing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
n
- Managing project variations, costs, commercial risks and contractual matters
n
- Leading design coordination and resolving construction issues
n
- Ensuring project quality, safety and programme requirements are achieved
n




- Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project
n
- Driving the project towards successful completion within programme and budget
n

Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industry
n
- Strong experience delivering Class 2 / multi-residential projects valued above $30M-100M+
n
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and commercial management
n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive outcomes independently
n
- Strong understanding of project programming, procurement and construction methodologies
n
