This role operates within a 7-day roster and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive team environment in the heart of Gippsland.

Key responsibilities

- As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive clinical care including assessment, treatment, and care planning within a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive framework.
- Working across community and bed-based settings, you will support consumers and their families/carers through acute and ongoing phases of care.
- Conduct urgent and routine mental health assessments in line with clinical standards.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic and pharmacological interventions.

What you need

- You are an experienced and compassionate clinician who is committed to recovery-oriented practice and delivering high-quality mental health care.
- You bring strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Nursing (with mental health qualification) – registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
