We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental/Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical team at our Keilor location on a full time basis.
No previous dental experience? No problem. We welcome applications from junior candidates who are eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with people. Full training will be provided to the right person.

Candidate Attributes
- Dental or orthodontic experience is advantageous but not essential
- Genuine interest in healthcare and working in a clinical environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and show initiative
- Professional, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- Positive attitude with a happy and friendly disposition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle essential
Core Responsibilities
- Patient care and support
- Preparation and organisation of treatment rooms
- Chairside assisting during orthodontic procedures
- Sterilisation and infection control processes
- Stock management and ordering
- Reception assistance as required
