2-3 years min of relevant hospitality work experience required for this role

Casual/Temporary hours, min 2 shift per week availability, must be available either Friday or Saturday evenings and available for min 12 months

Basic bar knowledge and coffee experience required

Your Duties:

n

Provide a warm, friendly, and genuine guest experience from greeting to seating.

n

Recommend menu items, upsell products, and handle reservations and payments.

n

Maintain cleanliness and order in the venue, ensuring everything is up to Farro's high standards.

n

Be prepared to take on additional bar and coffee training as needed.

n

Skills & Requirements: Available weekends and long-term Victorian RSA

n

Good knowledge of dining and service procedures, ability to work as a team and independently

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
