We are seeking a skilled Technical Parts Advisor to deliver expert support across the full lifecycle of customer equipment.

n

In this role, you'll combine your technical knowledge and customer service expertise to interpret customer requests, identify correct parts and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to quality.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver exceptional service via phone and face-to-face interactions.
n
- Accurately process parts orders to meet "on time, in full" expectations.
n
- Interpret customer needs using CAT systems, manuals, and technical knowledge.
n
- Interpret fault codes and provide fit-for-purpose parts solutions.
n
- Provide technical advice and product support across a diverse equipment range.
n
- Maintain accurate data across systems and adhere to operational standards.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, freight, service) to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery.
n
- Support after-hours service requirements when needed.

About you:

n

n
- Trade qualified with 3+ years' of experience in customer service, order fulfilment and technical support.
n
- Proven ability to interpret customer issues and recommend solutions.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Experience with CAT systems or similar diagnostic tools (highly regarded).
n
