The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an Organisational Change Management Lead for ANZ Business Transformation to drive the people and change agenda across a major program, partnering with senior leaders to ensure readiness and adoption of recent processes and ways of working.
While SAP S/4HANA is an enabler, this is fundamentally a business change role, not IT. You will lead communications, training and engagement across impacted teams and help build change capability across the organisation.
