Monash Health’s Older Adult Mental Health Service is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide specialist assessment and therapeutic services to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities referred to the PGNH In-Reach Team. Based at Kingston Centre, you will work in a multidisciplinary model supporting residents with complex mental health presentations and behavioural needs across aged care settings.

You will deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions for conditions
