You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) and/ or the AMEP program.

- Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training
n
- Be part of making a difference in our students lives by improving their skills, knowledge and confidence through effective training and assessment
n

n

The opportunity:

- Use your experience to engage students, using your successful learning techniques and maintain a student-centred approach
n
- Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance and involvement
n
- Bring learning to life for students by using different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
n
- Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
n

n

About you:

n

n
- Australian Standard TESOL qualifications
n
- Ability to work with a diverse range of participants
n
- Be adriven,supportiveand community minded person,workingwith learnersand in some regions, non-Englishspeakers to support them in building future opportunities for themselves through learning
n




- Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment
n
- Havethe capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a agile environment at any given time
n
- Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational area
n

n

Qualifications - Must have:

n

n
- Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL
n

n

OR

n

n
- An undergraduate degree with a post graduate qualification in TESOLor equivalent qualifications or willingness to complete a post graduate qualification in TESOL
n
- Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred
n
