We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support the establishment of our new South Bunbury residence and ensure a highquality, customerfocused admissions experience. This is a Full Time position (Monday-Friday).

You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families, ensuring a warm, informed and compassionate introduction to residential aged care. You will also work closely with our Client Services and Commissioning teams to implement consistent processes, support a smooth opening and ensure a highquality customer experience from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage admissions and waitlists for the residence.
- Coordinate and deliver tours for prospective families.
- Support residents and representatives throughout the admission journey.
- Visit potential residents at home or in hospital to assess suitability.
- Build relationships with key referral partners including hospitals, ACAP, social workers, medical practices and placement agencies.
- Maintain optimal occupancy across the residence.




- Ensure all admission documentation and assessments are accurate and uptodate.
- Support a smooth, positive transition for new residents.

About the Candidate

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding of aged care admission requirements, including financial components.
- Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience in health, community or aged care administration.
- High attention to detail.
- Current driver's licence
- Current Police Check (within 12 month)
