What We're Looking For in You:

- Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
n
- RecentNational Police Check (issued within 12 months)
n
- Genuine empathy that shines through your care

- Strong communication and leadership skills

About the Role:

- Provide daily personal care and support to residents

- Keep accurate records and documentation

- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff

- Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively

- Work versatile shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
